Thanks to my foodie friend The Mistress of Spices for her introduction and review of the recently opened Paris branch of vegetarian restaurant Saravana Bhavan. This is a chain of vegetarian restaurants that started in India and now has spread around the world including 7 locations in the United State. They are open 7 days, between 7:30am to 11pm and offer family style cooking.

Millennium is a gourmet restaurant. Dishes are influenced by the flavors and styles of many cultures and all of their dishes are vegetarian and vegan. Menu is constantly changing base on seasonal product.

When I was a vegetarian for a short period of time, I have a hard time looking and finding vegetarian restaurants in my town and surrounding local towns. Out of this lack info and frustration, this site was created to fill the void just for that!
